Covid-19 restrictions

Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, your experience at Cadmore Lakeside Hotel will be a little different to what you were accustomed too previously. However, please be assured that we will still provide you with the best possible experience.

Please continue reading to give you information on the new limited services offered.   All our staff are trained in social distancing and PPE procedures for their safety and yours. We thank you in advance for understanding the necessary precautions we must take to keep our customers, staff and community safe.


The below restrictions and limited service may be changed in time. We hope that this can change sooner rather than later, and we can resume normal service as soon as possible.


  • Please use the sanitisation stations provided at the entrance/exits to the hotel.


  • Adhere to the social distancing guidelines.


  • We have installed air sanitising units in our reception


  • We’re ensuring all surfaces, doors and public areas are cleaned and sanitised regularly.


  • Full payment will be taken on arrival by contactless payment where possible. 


  • If your bill was paid in full on arrival, and you do not have any extras to pay on departure, please just place your keys at Reception when you are checking out.


Please note booking in advance is advised to guarantee a table.

  • Breakfast is available daily and Pre-booking is essential – Please advise reception of a time that suits you best, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We ask that you please arrive at time of booking only.


  • Dinner is available from 6pm – 8:30pm Monday – Saturday (limited menu Monday & Tuesday). Pre-booking is advised.


  • Our Lunch Menu is available from 11:30pm – 2:30pm Monday – Saturday (limited menu Monday & Tuesday) & 12pm – 6pm Sunday. Pre-booking advised.



  • Dining is currently restricted to maximum 6 persons per table


  • We are encouraging all customers to use contactless payment where possible.


  • All service is currently table service, including our continental breakfast spread- our staff will be able to provide you with anything you require and bring it to your table.


  • We will be following covid track and trace protocols for all non-residents using the restaurant.


  • We have installed air sanitising units in our restaurant and bar


  • All staff and customers will wear facial coverings, except when seated at tables eating or drinking.



  • All guest rooms have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before your stay.


  • All common areas and facilities are cleaned and sanitised within regulations.

Swimming Pool:

Our Pool is currently managed by LB Swim school

  • Access to the swimming pool during the day must be pre-booked by contacting LB Swim school directly on as they are operating with limitations and subject to health restrictions. 


  • For information on lessons, memberships or private hires during the day, again please contact LB Swim school via email or head to their website


  • If you’re a guest looking to use the pool, please let reception know on your arrival, and we can assist you further. Please be aware currently numbers are being capped on the pool at one time, so social distancing can be adhered to.


  • Social distancing must be adhered to. Once your time has finished, you must exit the pool


  • Minors (under 16) must be always accompanied by an adult in the pool and no lone swimming

Social Distancing:

  • Please adhere to social distancing when indoors and using common/dining areas. Wearing face masks is not mandatory, but would be very much appreciated.


  • Staff may wear PPE for your and their safety

Hand Sanitisers:

  • Hand sanitisers are provided throughout the hotel for customers and staff. We would ask you to avail of these as much as possible.



  • Our restrooms are cleaned and sanitised regularly.


  • Please wash your hands after use of the restrooms.
