Meet Gareth, one of Cadmore Lakesides longest serving Chefs - at only 19, he already has some impressive experience in the Kitchen. 

Now that we have got a solid Kitchen Team Cadmore’s food and ethos is simple; Local, seasonal, and sustainable. Our vegetables come from suppliers in Tenbury and herbs from our Garden on site. Our Meat is only from the best suppliers in the UK, Aubrey Allen, and our fish is locally sourced. Our eggs – free range and organic – come from a Lucky Duck Egg Farm in Tenbury Wells. We only use seasonal produce from ethical suppliers.

His favourite part about working at Cadmore is our Team, he says we are more like a family. 

Gareth’s current favourite dish on the menu is the Pan Seared Seabass.
